I\u2019ve learned not to try to predict the future, especially when it comes to public safety and technology, but we\u2019re on the verge of some breakthroughs, or so it appears. How many times have we heard, though, that it\u2019s not a technology problem?<\/p>\n<p>Over the last decade or so when discussing interoperability, that\u2019s been a familiar refrain and a true one.
